Judy is a public health professional with 17 years of experience in program management, monitoring and evaluation (M&E), and research. Prior to joining JSI, she worked in Management Sciences for Health as a senior M&E advisor for three PEPFAR/USAID/CDC - funded projects involving grants management, supply chain management, and public health laboratory services. She previously worked as a program officer in M&E and research at the AMREF Health Africa Regional Clinical Outreach program. Judy also held research/project management positions in six other projects at AMREF, where she began her career as a volunteer. She is passionate about writing and research and is well published. Her education background comprises a Bachelor’s degree in education from Kenyatta University, MS in public health promotion from the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine, and a Post-Graduate in M&E studies from Stellenbosch University.
